◆ Material : PA6 reinforced with 15% glass fiber, featuring high impact resistance, high fluidity and excellent surface finish.

◆ Characteristics : PA6 Formulation with 15% Glass Fiber plus Toughener: Compared with B3EG3 containing identical glass fiber content, its low-temperature impact strength is doubled; it features superior vibration resistance and prevents brittle cracking of fastener clips. It boasts outstanding dimensional stability, low warpage and stable molding performance for both thick and thin-wall parts. Resistant to engine oil, grease, acids and alkalis with excellent wear resistance, suitable for moving structural components.

◆ Purpose : Automotive parts: wiring harness corrugated tubes, plastic fasteners, door lock brackets, pinion gears, throttle accessories (the factory specializes in premium raw materials for wiring harness sleeves). Power tool housings, garden tool fittings, small gears, pneumatic pipe connectors. Low-voltage electrical enclosures, tiny precision structural components.
